1. Prepare the Door
Ensure your door meets the following specifications:
- Door Thickness: 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" (35mm to 44mm)
- Backset: Adjustable for 2-3/8" (60mm) or 2-3/4" (70mm)
- Cross Bore Hole Diameter: 2-1/8" (54mm)
- Latch Bore Diameter: 1" (25mm)

2. Install the Latch Bolt
Insert the latch bolt into the edge of the door, ensuring the bevel faces the door frame. Secure it with the provided screws. The universal latch slides easily into place without tools to fit standard backsets.
3. Install the Exterior and Interior Levers
Align the exterior lever assembly with the latch bolt, feeding the spindle through the latch. Then, align the interior lever assembly, ensuring the thumb turn is positioned correctly. Secure both assemblies with the mounting screws, utilizing the self-aligning screw holes for hassle-free installation.
