Operating Instructions

The BELLA Electric Skillet offers versatile cooking options with its adjustable temperature control.

  1. Connecting Power: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
  2. Setting Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial on the removable probe to your desired heat setting. The available temperature range includes 200°F, 250°F, 300°F, 350°F, and a maximum of 425°F. A "WARM" setting is also available for keeping food at serving temperature.
  3. Preheating: Allow the skillet to preheat for approximately 5-10 minutes, or until the indicator light on the probe turns off, indicating the desired temperature has been reached.
  4. Cooking: Add ingredients to the preheated skillet. The nonstick surface ensures easy food release. Use the tempered glass lid to cover the skillet during cooking to retain heat and moisture.
  5. Adjusting Temperature: Adjust the temperature as needed during cooking by turning the dial.
  6. Finishing: Once cooking is complete, turn the temperature dial to the "OFF" position (0°F). Unplug the skillet from the wall outlet.

Note: The nonstick coating is designed for durability and scratch resistance, even with metal utensils. However, for prolonged life, it is recommended to use wooden, silicone, or plastic utensils.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your BELLA Electric Skillet.

  1. Cool Down: Always allow the skillet to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Remove Probe: Detach the removable heating probe from the skillet. The probe should never be immersed in water or other liquids. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
  3. Skillet and Lid Cleaning: The skillet and tempered glass lid are fully immersible and dishwasher safe. For best results, hand wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  4. Stubborn Food: For stubborn food residue, fill the skillet with warm, soapy water and let it soak for a few minutes before cleaning.
  5. Storage: Store the clean, dry skillet and probe in a safe place where they will not be damaged.

Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads on the nonstick surface, as this may damage the coating.
