2. Setup
2.1 Unpacking and Initial Inspection

3.1 Filling with Oil

- For best results and to utilize the cold zone technology effectively, use high-quality frying oil suitable for deep frying.

3.2 Powering On and Temperature Setting
- Plug the fryer into a suitable grounded power outlet (230 Volts, 3000 Watts).
- Turn the temperature control knob to your desired frying temperature. The thermostat is continuously adjustable from 130°C to 190°C.
- The power indicator light will illuminate, indicating the fryer is heating. The heating indicator light will turn off once the set temperature is reached.

3.3 Using the Timer
- The fryer includes a 30-minute timer. Turn the timer knob to set the desired frying duration.
- The timer will alert you when the set time has elapsed. Note that the timer does not automatically switch off the heating element.

3.4 Frying Process
- Once the oil reaches the set temperature, carefully place the food into one of the frying baskets. The fryer comes with two small baskets and one large basket for versatile use.
- Slowly lower the basket into the hot oil. Avoid dropping food into the oil, as this can cause splashing.
- Close the lid during frying to minimize odors and splashes. The lid features a viewing window to monitor the cooking process.
- The integrated permanent odor and fume filter helps reduce cooking smells.
- When food is cooked, carefully lift the basket and hook it onto the edge of the oil container to allow excess oil to drain.

3.5 Overheating Protection
The appliance is equipped with an overheating protection system. If the fryer overheats, it will automatically shut off. If this occurs, unplug the fryer and allow it to cool down completely before attempting to use it again. Check the oil level to ensure it is within the recommended range.

4.1 Cooling Down
