Setup
Connecting the Phone
- Connect the Handset: Insert one end of the coiled handset cord into the jack on the side of the phone base unit and the other end into the jack on the handset.
- Connect the Line Cord: Insert one end of the line cord (RJ11) into the "LINE" jack on the back or side of the phone base unit.
- Connect to Wall Jack: Insert the other end of the line cord into your telephone wall jack.
- Test Dial Tone: Lift the handset. You should hear a dial tone, indicating the phone is ready for use.
Mounting Options
The Beetel B11 phone can be placed on a desk or mounted on a wall.
- Desk Mount: Simply place the phone on a flat, stable surface. Ensure the handset cradle is in the horizontal position.
- Wall Mount: The phone is designed with keyhole slots on the back for wall mounting. You will need two screws (not included) spaced appropriately to fit these slots. Adjust the handset cradle on the base unit to hold the handset securely in a vertical position.
Operating Instructions
Making a Call
- Lift the handset.
- Wait for a dial tone.
- Dial the desired phone number using the keypad.
Receiving a Call
- When the phone rings, lift the handset to answer the call.
- The LED indicator will flash when there is an incoming call.

Mute Function
Press the MUTE button during a call to temporarily disable your microphone. The other party will not hear you. Press it again to unmute.
Pause Function
The PAUSE button inserts a pause in the dialing sequence, useful for accessing external lines or voicemail systems that require a delay.
Flash Function
The FLASH button is used for network services such as call waiting or conference calls. Press it to switch between calls or initiate a conference, depending on your service provider's features.
Redial Function
Press the REDIAL button to automatically dial the last number called.
