Before first use, wash all parts that will come into contact with food in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.
- Attach the Grinding Head: Insert the grinding head into the opening on the front of the motor unit. Rotate it counter-clockwise until it locks securely into place.

4. Operating Instructions
Ensure the appliance is correctly assembled and plugged into a 220-240V power outlet.
- Prepare Meat: Cut meat into small pieces (approximately 2-3 cm) that will easily fit into the feeding tube. Remove any bones, gristle, or tough tendons.
- Start Grinder: Turn the appliance ON.
- Feed Meat: Place the prepared meat into the feeding tube. Use the food pusher to gently guide the meat down towards the auger. Never use your fingers or other utensils to push meat.
- Grinding Process: The meat will be ground and exit through the selected grinding plate. Place a bowl or container beneath the outlet to collect the ground meat.
- Reverse Function: If the grinder becomes jammed, turn the appliance OFF, then switch to the "Reverse" position (if available on your model) for a few seconds to clear the blockage. Then switch back to "ON" to resume grinding. If the blockage persists, disassemble and clean.
- Finish: Once all meat is ground, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it from the power outlet.
Note: Do not operate the grinder continuously for more than 10 minutes. Allow the motor to cool down for at least 10 minutes before resuming operation.
5. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your meat grinder.
- Unplug: Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble: Disassemble the grinding head by unscrewing the locking ring, removing the grinding plate, blade, auger, and feeding tube.
- Clean Parts: Wash all removable parts (grinding head, auger, blade, plates, food pusher, feeding tube) in warm soapy water. Use a brush to remove any meat residue. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately to prevent rust, especially on metal parts like the blade and grinding plates.
- Clean Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Never immerse the motor unit in water.
- Storage: Once all parts are completely dry, reassemble the grinder or store the parts in a dry place. A light coating of cooking oil on metal parts can help prevent rust during long-term storage.
