Introduction

Setup

Battery Installation:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
2. Slide open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert 4 AAA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+ and -) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

This remote control is pre-programmed for the specified MAGNAVOX models and does not require any additional setup or programming steps. Once batteries are installed, it is ready for use.

Operating Instructions

The remote control is divided into two main sections: the upper primary control section and the lower VCR function section, accessible by sliding down the cover.

Upper Section Buttons:

• PWR (Power): Turns the connected MAGNAVOX unit on or off.
• SLEEP: Activates the sleep timer function (if supported by the unit).
• TV/VIDEO: Switches between TV and Video input modes.
• DISP (Display): Shows on-screen display information.
