- Wash Rice: Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Add Water: Place the washed rice into the inner cooking pan. Add the appropriate amount of water. A common ratio is 1 cup of rice to 1.5-2 cups of water, but this can vary based on rice type and desired consistency.
- Place Pan: Place the inner cooking pan into the main rice cooker unit. Ensure it is seated correctly.
- Close Lid: Close the lid securely.
- Start Cooking: Plug in the rice cooker. Press the "Cook" switch. The "Cook" indicator light will illuminate.
- Cooking Process: The rice cooker will automatically switch to "Warm" mode once the rice is cooked. This typically takes about 15-20 minutes. Do not open the cooker lid while cooking, as this may delay the cooking process.
- Serve: Once the "Warm" indicator light is on, allow the rice to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving for best results. Use the provided spatula to fluff and serve.
