1. Introduction

4. Setup

2. Press the illuminated ON/OFF switch to turn the warmer on. The light will indicate that the unit is active and heating.
3. The warmer will automatically maintain the temperature of your beverage up to approximately 140°F (60°C).
4. When finished, press the ON/OFF switch to turn the warmer off. The indicator light will extinguish.
5. Carefully remove your mug from the heating surface. The surface will remain hot for a period after turning off.

5.2 For Warming Scented Candles

The Salton SMW12 can also be used to safely warm scented candles, releasing their fragrance without an open flame.

1. Place your scented candle (in a heat-safe container) directly onto the center of the heating surface.
2. Press the illuminated ON/OFF switch to turn the warmer on.
3. The warmer will gently heat the candle wax, allowing it to melt and release its aroma.
4. When finished, press the ON/OFF switch to turn the warmer off.
5. Allow the candle container and warmer surface to cool completely before handling.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Always unplug the warmer from the electrical outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
