Operating Instructions
Once the glue gun is heated, it is ready for use.
- Apply Glue: Gently squeeze the trigger to dispense melted glue from the nozzle. The 90 to 150 W ceramic heating cell maintains power for a consistent glue flow rate of 1.8 kg/min.
- Bonding: Apply glue to one surface and immediately press the two surfaces together. Hold firmly for a few seconds until the glue sets.
- Continuous Use: As glue is used, the glue stick will shorten. Push a new glue stick into the rear opening to advance the previous one.
- Resting: When not actively applying glue, place the gun on its stand to prevent glue from dripping onto your work surface and to keep the hot nozzle elevated.
