  • For resin straps, mild soap and water can be used, followed by thorough rinsing and drying.

2. Battery Replacement

  • The watch requires 1 Lithium Metal battery (included).
  • Battery replacement should ideally be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure water resistance is maintained. Improper replacement can compromise the watch's seals.

3. Water Resistance

  • This watch is water-resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). This makes it suitable for snorkeling and swimming, but not for diving.
  • Do not operate buttons while the watch is submerged in water to prevent water ingress.
  • Avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperature changes, which can affect the water-resistant seals.

Troubleshooting

Common Issues and Solutions:

  • Display is blank or dim: The battery may be low or depleted. Replace the battery (CR2025) by a professional.
  • Buttons are unresponsive: Ensure the watch is not in a locked mode (if applicable, refer to specific model features). Try a soft reset by holding all four side buttons simultaneously for a few seconds, then re-setting the time. If issues persist, battery replacement may be necessary.
  • Time is inaccurate: Re-set the time and date as per the 'Setup' section. If the inaccuracy continues, the battery may be weak, or the watch module may require servicing.
  • Water inside the watch: Immediately take the watch to a qualified service center. Do not attempt to open it yourself, as this can cause further damage.
