Operating Instructions
1. Seat Height Adjustment
To adjust the seat height, locate the lever on the right side beneath the seat. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly and pull the lever upwards. Release the lever at your desired height.
2. Arm Height Adjustment
The armrests are height-adjustable. Locate the button on the side of each armrest. Press and hold the button, then move the armrest up or down to your preferred height. Release the button to lock the armrest in place.

3. Synchro-Tilt Recline
The chair features a synchro-tilt mechanism, allowing the backrest and seat to recline simultaneously at a coordinated ratio. To recline, push the recline lever outwards (away from the chair). To lock the recline position, pull the lever inwards (towards the chair).
4. Tilt Tension Adjustment
Adjust the resistance of the recline mechanism using the round knob located under the seat, typically at the front. Turn clockwise to increase tension (more resistance) or counter-clockwise to decrease tension (less resistance).
5. Tilt Lock
The tilt lock feature allows you to lock the chair's recline at a desired angle. Engage the tilt lock by pushing the recline lever inwards once the desired angle is achieved.

6. 360° Swivel

Troubleshooting

- Squeaking noises: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to moving parts, especially around the base and tilt mechanism.
- Casters not rolling smoothly: Clean any debris (hair, dust) from the caster wheels. If severely worn, replacement casters may be needed.
