Setup
Before first use, wash the removable grinding bowl and lid in warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Ensure the grinder base is unplugged from the power outlet.
- Place the grinding bowl securely into the grinder base.
- Unwind the necessary length of the power cord from the hidden storage area at the base of the unit.
- Plug the grinder into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
This grinder is designed for simple, one-touch operation to achieve your desired grind consistency.
- Remove the clear lid and the removable grinding bowl from the base.
- Add whole coffee beans or spices to the grinding bowl. The bowl has markings to indicate maximum fill levels for coffee (up to 12 cups) and spices. Do not overfill.
- Place the grinding bowl back into the base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Securely place the clear lid onto the grinding bowl. The grinder will not operate unless the lid is properly in place.
- Press and hold the power button located on the front of the unit to begin grinding.
- Grind for the desired duration to achieve your preferred coarseness:
- For a coarse grind (e.g., French press), pulse briefly.
- For a medium grind (e.g., drip coffee), hold for a few seconds.
- For a fine grind (e.g., espresso), hold for a longer duration.
- Release the button to stop grinding.
- Unplug the unit before removing the lid and grinding bowl to access your freshly ground contents.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and longevity of your coffee grinder.
- Always unplug the grinder before cleaning.
- Remove the clear lid and the stainless steel grinding bowl from the base.
- The grinding bowl is dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. It can also be washed by hand with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe the exterior of the grinder base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the base in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing the grinder.
