Operating Instructions
Preparing Produce:
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- Most fruits and vegetables do not need to be peeled. Remove large seeds (e.g., peaches, mangoes) and hard pits.
- For citrus fruits, it is recommended to peel them before juicing to avoid a bitter taste from the rind.
- Cut larger items into pieces that fit easily into the wide-mouth feed chute.

Juicing Process:
- Ensure the juicer is correctly assembled and plugged into a suitable power outlet.
- Turn the speed control dial to the desired setting:
- Speed 1 (Low): For softer fruits and vegetables like berries, grapes, tomatoes, and leafy greens.
- Speed 2 (High): For harder fruits and vegetables such as apples, carrots, celery, and beets.
- With the motor running, gradually feed the prepared produce into the wide-mouth feed chute.
- Use the food pusher to gently guide the produce down. Do not force the produce, as this can reduce juice yield and potentially damage the motor.
- Juice will flow into the juice jug, and pulp will collect in the pulp container.
- When finished juicing, turn the speed control dial to "OFF" and unplug the appliance.
