Setup
- Unpack the Unit: Carefully remove the air purifier and all packaging materials from the box.
- Filter Installation: The unit comes with a permanent HEPA-grade filter and two carbon zeolite filters. Ensure all filters are properly seated inside the unit. Refer to the "Maintenance" section for filter access.

Operating Instructions
The Hamilton Beach TrueAir Air Purifier features a simple control knob for power and speed settings.

- Power On/Off: Turn the control knob to any speed setting to power on the unit. Turn it to "OFF" to power off.
- Speed Settings:
- Whisper Clean (Low): For extra quiet operation, ideal for nighttime use or when minimal noise is desired.
- Med (Medium): A balanced setting for general air cleaning.
- Quick Clean (High): For powerful and rapid air cleaning, suitable for quickly refreshing a room.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your air purifier. The permanent HEPA-grade filter is designed for easy cleaning, and the carbon zeolite filters are replaceable.
Cleaning the Permanent HEPA-Grade Filter:
- Power Off and Unplug: Always turn off and unplug the air purifier before performing any maintenance.
- Access Filters: Press the release button on the top of the unit to open the front cover.
- Remove Filter: Carefully pull out the permanent HEPA-grade filter.
- Vacuum Clean: Use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment to clean the pleated surface of the HEPA-grade filter. Do not wash this filter with water.
- Reinstall: Once clean, reinsert the filter into the unit, ensuring it is securely in place. Close the front cover until it clicks.

Replacing Carbon Zeolite Filters:
- The two carbon zeolite odor-eliminating filters should be replaced approximately every 3 months.
- A timestrip cartridge on the unit serves as a convenient reminder for replacement.
- Replacement filters can be purchased from authorized retailers or the Hamilton Beach website.

Troubleshooting
