Setup
1. Battery Installation
The AirTamer A302 requires two lithium coin cell batteries for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the batteries.
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
- Carefully open the cover.
- Insert two 3V lithium coin cell batteries (CR2032) according to the polarity indicators (+/-).
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Attaching and Adjusting the Lanyard
The included conductive lanyard allows for comfortable wear around the neck. It features an adjustable length and a break-away connector for safety.
- Attach the lanyard to the designated loops on the AirTamer A302.
- Adjust the lanyard length for comfortable wear, ensuring the device rests appropriately.
- The break-away connector is designed to release under tension, preventing entanglement.

Operating Instructions
Powering On/Off
Locate the power switch on the side of the device. Slide the switch to the 'ON' position to activate the air purifier. Slide it to the 'OFF' position to deactivate.

How it Works
The AirTamer A302 employs electrostatic purification technology. It generates millions of negative ions per second from a small brush at the top of the device. These negative ions attach to airborne pollutants, making them too heavy to remain suspended in the air. This process effectively pushes pollutants away from your breathing zone, creating a 3-foot radius of cleaner air.

Usage Recommendations

Maintenance
Filter-Free Operation
The AirTamer A302 does not require filters, eliminating the need for regular filter replacement. Its electrostatic technology ensures continuous purification without consumable parts.
Cleaning
To clean the device, gently wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or immerse the device in water.
Battery Replacement
When the device's performance diminishes or the indicator light (if present) suggests low power, replace the two lithium coin cell batteries (CR2032) as described in the "Battery Installation" section. The batteries provide approximately 140 hours of run time.
Troubleshooting
- No Power/Not Operating:
Ensure the power switch is in the 'ON' position. Check that the batteries are correctly installed with the proper polarity. Replace batteries if they are depleted.
- Tingling Sensation:
Some users may experience a slight tingling sensation from the conductive lanyard or near the device's emission point. This is a normal effect of the electrostatic operation. If bothersome, try adjusting the lanyard or placing the device on a nearby surface instead of wearing it directly.
- Interference with Metal Jewelry:
If wearing metal jewelry, ensure there is a slight distance between the device's conductive lanyard and the jewelry. Direct contact may cause minor static shocks. Adjust the placement of the device or jewelry to prevent this.
