5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Preheating the Oven

  1. Place the desired number of wire racks inside the oven.
  2. Turn the temperature control knob to the desired cooking temperature (up to 480°F / 249°C).
  3. Turn the timer knob to the "ON" position or set it to a preheating time (e.g., 10-15 minutes). The oven will begin to heat.
