- To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.
- Do not use appliance for other than intended use.
- Oversized foods or metal utensils must not be inserted in a toaster oven as they may create a fire or risk of electric shock.
- A fire may occur if the oven is covered or touching flammable material, including curtains, draperies, walls, and the like, when in operation.
- Do not clean with metal scouring pads. Pieces can break off the pad and touch electrical parts, creating a risk of electric shock.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Preheating the Oven
- Place the desired number of wire racks inside the oven.
- Turn the temperature control knob to the desired cooking temperature (up to 480°F / 249°C).
- Turn the timer knob to the "ON" position or set it to a preheating time (e.g., 10-15 minutes). The oven will begin to heat.
- Once the oven reaches the set temperature, it is ready for use.
5.2 Cooking with the Convection Oven
- Carefully place food items on the wire racks or cookie tray. Use oven mitts.
- Close the oven door securely.
- Set the timer knob to the desired cooking duration (up to 120 minutes). The oven will operate until the timer reaches zero and rings, or until manually turned off.
- Monitor food through the glass door. Convection ovens cook faster and more evenly than conventional ovens, so adjust cooking times and temperatures as needed.
- To stop cooking before the timer expires, turn the timer knob to the "OFF" position.
- When cooking is complete, carefully remove food using oven mitts.
5.3 Temperature and Timer Controls
The oven features two primary control knobs:
- Temperature Knob: Located on the right side, this knob allows you to select temperatures from ambient to 480°F (249°C).
- Timer Knob: Also on the right side, this mechanical dial timer can be set for up to 120 minutes. It will automatically shut off the heating elements and fan when the set time expires.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your oven.
- Always unplug the oven and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they may scratch the stainless steel finish.
- Interior: For light cleaning, wipe the interior with a damp cloth. For stubborn food residue, use a non-abrasive oven cleaner. Ensure to cover the fan and heating element vents with plastic or foil before spraying oven cleaner to prevent damage. Rinse thoroughly with a damp cloth after cleaning.
- Wire Racks and Cookie Tray: These can be washed with warm, soapy water or placed in a dishwasher.
- Glass Door: Clean with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
- Crumb Tray: The oven does not feature a removable crumb tray. Ensure to clean the bottom interior surface regularly to prevent buildup.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the oven in a clean, dry place.
7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Oven does not heat up. | Not plugged in; power outage; temperature/timer not set. | Ensure oven is plugged into a working outlet. Check circuit breaker. Set temperature and timer knobs correctly. |
| Food not cooking evenly. | Overcrowding; improper rack placement; fan malfunction. | Avoid overcrowding the oven. Ensure proper air circulation. Try rotating food halfway through cooking. If fan is not operating, contact customer support. |
| Excessive smoke during operation. | Food spills; residue buildup; initial burn-off. | Clean interior thoroughly. Ensure no food spills are present. If it's the first use, this is normal; ensure ventilation. If smoke persists, unplug and contact support. |
