Operating Instructions

Ensure the food processor is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet before use.

  4. Process until desired consistency is achieved.

Slicing & Shredding (using Reversible Discs)

  1. Install the desired reversible disc (slice or shred side up).
  2. Secure the lid.
  3. Place ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher to guide ingredients down. Do not force.
  4. Select speed '1' or '2' for continuous operation.
  5. Process until all ingredients are sliced or shredded.

Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning ensures the longevity and hygiene of your food processor.

  1. Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
  2. Remove the food pusher, lid, blade/disc, and processing bowl from the motor base.
  3. All removable parts (food pusher, lid, blades/discs, and processing bowl) are dishwasher safe. They can also be washed by hand in warm, soapy water. Handle blades with extreme caution.

Troubleshooting

  • Appliance does not turn on: Ensure the processing bowl and lid are correctly assembled and locked into place. The safety interlock system prevents operation if not properly secured.
  • Motor strains or stops: You may be processing too much food at once. Reduce the quantity of ingredients. Ensure ingredients are cut into appropriate sizes for the feed chute.
  • Food is unevenly processed: Use the pulse function for better control over chopping consistency. For slicing/shredding, ensure even pressure on the food pusher.
  • Liquid leaks from bowl: Do not exceed the MAX LIQUID LEVEL indicator on the processing bowl. Ensure the lid is securely locked.
