3. Station 3: Wad Seating and Shot Drop

   Move the hull to Station 3. Place the appropriate wad into the hull. Lower the handle to seat the wad firmly over the powder. As the handle is lowered further, the shot bushing will drop the pre-measured shot charge into the wad. Raise the handle.

4. Station 4: Pre-Crimp

   Move the hull to Station 4. Lower the handle to begin the crimping process, forming the initial folds of the shell mouth. This prepares the shell for the final crimp. Raise the handle.

5. Station 5: Final Crimp

   Move the hull to Station 5. Lower the handle completely to finish the crimp, creating a secure and consistent closure for the shotshell. Raise the handle and remove the completed shotshell.

Repeat the process for each shotshell. Periodically check the powder and shot levels in their respective hoppers and refill as needed.
