  2. Press the "HR" button to set the desired alarm hour.
  3. Press the "MIN" button to set the desired alarm minute.

Activating/Deactivating the Alarm

To turn the alarm on or off, use the "AL ON / AL OFF" switch, typically located near the mode switch.

  • Slide the switch to "AL ON" to activate the alarm. An alarm indicator (e.g., a bell icon) will appear on the display.
  • Slide the switch to "AL OFF" to deactivate the alarm. The alarm indicator will disappear.

Using the Snooze/Light Function

The large "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button at the top of the clock serves two purposes:

  • Light: Press this button briefly at any time to illuminate the display for a few seconds.
  • Snooze: When the alarm is sounding, press this button to temporarily stop the alarm. The alarm will sound again after a few minutes (typically 5-10 minutes, depending on the model).

To stop the alarm completely after it sounds (without snoozing), slide the "AL ON / AL OFF" switch to "AL OFF" or change the mode switch to "TM SET" or "AL SET" and then back to "NORM".

Changing 12/24-Hour Format

To switch between 12-hour (with AM/PM indicator) and 24-hour (military time) display formats, press the "12HR/24HR" button, usually located on the front panel.
