4. Installation Guide

4.1 Pre-Installation Check

4.2 Wiring Connections

  1. Disconnect the vehicle's battery to prevent electrical shorts.
  2. Identify the positive (+) and negative (-) terminals on your car stereo/amplifier and the speakers.
  3. Connect the supplied speaker wires to the corresponding terminals. The Pyle PLG41.3 speakers feature a 4 Ohm impedance.
  4. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated to prevent short circuits.

4.3 Mounting the Speakers

  1. Carefully remove the existing speakers from their mounting locations.
  2. Position the Pyle PLG41.3 speakers into the openings. The yellow coated steel basket and compact design are made to fit standard OEM locations.
  3. Use the provided mounting screws and hardware to secure the speakers firmly in place.
  4. Attach the removable speaker grills if desired.

5. Operating Your Speakers

Once installed, reconnect your vehicle's battery. Turn on your car stereo and gradually increase the volume to test the sound. Adjust your stereo's equalizer settings to achieve your preferred audio balance. The 3-way design, featuring a 0.5" neodymium dome tweeter, 2" polymer cone midrange, and poly-injected cone, delivers a full range of sound.
