First To Use

Please check the following components for integrity before first use.

  1. Check if the headphone has power: Press and hold the power button on the headphone to see if the LED indicator lights up. If there is no power, please charge the headset with the provided Type-C charging cable.
  2. Check whether the headband and the headphone frame are adjustable
  3. Check if the product has any missing parts.

If you encounter any of the above issues, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will assist you in resolving them.

Wearing The Headphone

  1. Check the left and right units of the headphone.
  2. Extend the slider to its full length before putting on the headphone
  3. Put on the headphone with the ear pads fitting snugly over your ears
  4. Adjust the slider to a length where the headband touches the top of your head.
  5. Adjust the orientation of the left and right units so that the ear pads fit snugly all around your ears.
    If you put on the headphone without adjusting the slider, the headphone may not be positioned properly on your head. resulting in discomfort or a weak noise canceling effect.

Hold Multi-function Button for 2 seconds until you hear “Power on” and the status light blinks blue for 1second.

Hold Multi-function Button for 5 seconds until you hear “Power off” and the status light blinks blue for 1second.

NOTE:

  1. During a call, the headphones cannot be powered off manually.
  2. If the headphones are turned on but not paired with any device, they will automatically power down after approximately 3 minutes. However, the Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) function will remain active if it was enabled before.
  3. Even when the headphones are off, you can still press and hold the ANC button to enable noise cancellation without connecting via Bluetooth.

Connect Using the Bluetooth Menu on Your Mobile Device

  1. Hold Multi-function Button for 2 seconds until you hear “Power on” and the status light blinks blue for I second.
  2. On your device, enable the Bluetooth feature.
  3. Select “Cocl4” from the device list.
  4. Once connected, you hear “Connected” and the status light glows blue for 2 seconds.

Reconnecting a Device
When powered on, the headphones try to reconnect with the most recently-connected devices.

Connecting Another Device

  1. Disconnect audio on your previous mobile device to make it discoverable by a new one.
  2. On your new device, go to Bluetooth settings, then tap “Cool4” to connect.
    1. Disconnect “Cool4” from your previous device.
    2. Connect to “Cool4” on your new device.

Disconnecting a Device

You can use Bluetooth settings on your device to disconnect. Disabling the Bluetooth feature disconnects all other devices.

Clearing the Bluetooth Paired Device List

  1. Delete your headphones from the Bluetooth list on your device. Repeat for each previously-connected device.
  2. All devices are cleared, and the headphones are ready to connect.

Factory Reset

With the earbuds powered on but not connected to any device, press and hold both Volume + and Volume – Button for 5 seconds.
You will hear “power off” and the red and blue lights will flash simultaneously 3 times reset is now complete.

When to Reset Your Headphones

You should perform a reset if you encounter any of the following issues:

  1. The headphones cannot be found by the device you wish to connect.
  2. The headphones frequently disconnect from your device.
  3. Audio is only coming from one side.
  4. There is no sound even when the headphones are connected, and both the device and headphone volume are set to maximum.
  5. The audio is out of sync with the video.

Connect the AUX Audio Cable
Use the 3.5 mm audio cable to listen to audio from your source device when a Bluetooth connection isn’t available.

NOTES:

  • In the on state (headphones must have power): Plug in the 3.5mm audio jack to enter AUX mode and manually play music/Press and hold the ANC button for 2 seconds to enter noise cancellation mode.
  • If the battery is depleted, use the USB cable to connect to an external power source, then power on the headphones.
  • Phone calls and media playback controls are disabled and must be controlled on your source device.
  • Bluetooth connection and microphone voice pick-up on the earcups are disabled.
  • For the best experience, a Bluetooth connection is recommended.
    1. Connect the cable to the 3.5 mm port on the earcup.
    2. Connect the other end of the cable to the 3.5 mm port on your source device.

  1. Connect the small end of the USB cable into the USB-C port on the earcup.
  2. Connect the other end into a USB-A power source such as a computer or wall charger.

NOTE: Charge your headphones regularly to ensure you have enough battery for listening to music each time.

Maintenance

Cleaning the Headphones

The headphones may require periodic cleaning. If the headband or other exterior surfaces need to be cleaned, gently wipe with a slightly damp cloth

  • Use only a water-dampened cloth, Don’t use cleaning products. Don’t allow any moisture to enter the headphones through the ports or earcups.
  • Don’t force any dirt or debris into the ports. Don’t blow air into or vacuum the ports or the interior of the earcups.

The earcups rotate for easy, convenient storage. Place the headphones flat into the case.

  1. Rotate both earcups inward so they lay flat.
  2. Fold the left earcup up toward the headband.
  3. Place the headphones flat in the case.

  • Make sure to power off the headphones when not in use.
  • Before storing the headphones for more than a few months, make sure the battery is fully charged.
