  • Language Support: The projector supports multiple languages, including Arabic. You can select your preferred language in the system's language settings.
  • Optimal Viewing: For the best experience, use the projector in a dimly lit room. While it offers high brightness, darker environments enhance contrast and color vibrancy.
  • Remote Control Usage: Utilize the remote's mouse control feature for easier navigation within apps that are not optimized for directional pad input.
  • Content Streaming: Leverage the built-in 4K TV Stick for direct access to popular streaming services. For content from other devices, use the wireless screen mirroring or HDMI input.

7. Maintenance

  • Cleaning Vents: Regularly clean the projector's vents to ensure proper airflow and prevent overheating. Use a soft brush or compressed air to remove dust.
  • Lens Cleaning: Gently wipe the projector lens with a soft, lint-free cloth specifically designed for optical surfaces. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the projector in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity. If storing for a long period, disconnect the power.
  • Environment: Avoid operating the projector in environments with excessive dust, grease, or smoke, as these can damage internal components.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Magcubic HY350GT projector, please refer to the following general advice:

  • No Power: Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the projector and a working power outlet. Use the original power adapter.
  • No Image: Check the input source selection. If using HDMI, ensure the external device is powered on and sending a signal. Verify that the lens cap (if any) is removed.
  • Blurry Image: Allow the auto-focus feature to work. If still blurry, manually adjust focus using the remote control's ELECTRONIC FOCUS button.
  • Distorted Image: The projector has auto keystone correction. If the image is still distorted, check the projection angle and ensure the projector is placed on a flat surface. Manual keystone correction options are available in the settings.
  • No Sound: Check the volume level on both the projector and the connected source device. Ensure no external audio devices are connected via Bluetooth if you intend to use the internal speaker.
  • Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Connectivity Issues: Ensure the projector is within range of your Wi-Fi router or Bluetooth device. Restart both the projector and the network device.
