2. Safety Information
- Ensure the camera is placed in a stable location to prevent accidental falls.
- Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.

- Use only the specified power adapter (5V1A/2A) and Type-C cable.

4. Product Overview
Familiarize yourself with the components of your clock camera:

- Lens: Discreetly located on the front of the clock.
- Display: Digital clock display.
- CR2032 Time Memory Battery: Maintains time settings during power outages (located internally, user-replaceable with caution).
- Type-C Port: For power input.
- TF (MicroSD) Slot: For local storage.
- Reset Button: Used to reset the device to factory settings.

5. Setup
5.1 Initial Power-up
- Connect the provided USB-A to Type-C power cable to the camera's Type-C port.
- Plug the USB-A end into a compatible 5V1A/2A power adapter (if included) or a standard USB power source.
- The clock display will light up, indicating the device is powered on.
5.2 App Installation
To control and view the camera, download the Allcam365 app:
- For iOS: Search for "Allcam365" in the Apple App Store.
- For Android: Search for "Allcam365" in the Google Play Store.
- Alternatively, scan the QR code provided in the package or on the product packaging to download the app.
5.3 Connecting to Wi-Fi
The camera supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi networks only. It does NOT support 5GHz Wi-Fi. Ensure your router is configured for 2.4GHz or a mixed mode.

- Hotspot Connection (Direct to Phone):
- Power on the camera.
- Open the Allcam365 app and follow the instructions to add a new device via hotspot.
- Connect your phone directly to the camera's Wi-Fi hotspot (usually named something like "IPC-XXXXXX").
- This method allows local viewing without a router.
- Configure 2.4G Wi-Fi (Remote Viewing):
- First, establish a hotspot connection as described above.
- Within the Allcam365 app, navigate to the camera's settings.
- Select "Wi-Fi Setting" and choose your home 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Enter the password.
- Once connected, the camera will be accessible remotely from anywhere with an internet connection.
5.4 MicroSD Card Installation
The camera supports MicroSD cards up to 128GB for local storage.
- Ensure the camera is powered off before inserting or removing the MicroSD card.
- Locate the TF (MicroSD) slot on the back of the camera (refer to Figure 1).
- Gently insert the MicroSD card into the slot until it clicks into place.
- Power on the camera. The app will prompt you to format the card if it's new or unrecognized.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Live View
Once the camera is connected to your Wi-Fi network, open the Allcam365 app. Select your camera from the device list to view the live feed. The camera provides 1080P HD video, with a 2MP CMOS sensor and a 90° lens.

6.2 Motion Detection and Alarms
The camera features motion detection to alert you to activity. When motion is detected, the camera can send real-time notifications to your phone via the Allcam365 app.
- In the Allcam365 app, go to the camera's settings.
- Locate and enable "Motion Detect" or "Alarm Setting."
- Configure sensitivity levels and notification preferences as desired.
6.3 Recording
The camera supports continuous loop recording to a MicroSD card. When the card is full, the oldest footage will be overwritten.
- Ensure a formatted MicroSD card is inserted.
- In the app settings, verify "Record mode" is enabled for continuous recording or event-triggered recording.
- The camera records at 15-30 frames per second (fps).
6.4 RTSP Streaming
The camera supports RTSP (Real-Time Streaming Protocol) for advanced users who wish to integrate the camera with third-party NVRs or streaming software.

- Navigate to "RTSP setting" in the camera's app settings.
- Toggle on the "RTSP service."
- Copy the provided 4K or 1080P RTSP streaming URL for use with your preferred software or device.

6.5 Playback
You can review recorded footage directly from the Allcam365 app.
- In the app, select the camera and tap on "Local Playback" or "Playback."
- Choose the date and time to view recorded events.
- Alarm records are typically highlighted for easy identification.
6.6 Time Memory Battery (CR2032)
The camera uses a CR2032 battery to retain time settings. If the time is consistently incorrect after power cycles, the CR2032 battery may need replacement. This is an advanced procedure and should only be attempted by users comfortable with small electronics, ensuring the device is unplugged first.
7. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the camera's exterior. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive materials.
- Storage: If storing the camera for an extended period, ensure it is powered off and kept in a cool, dry place.
- Firmware Updates: Check the Allcam365 app periodically for available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and security.
8. Troubleshooting
- Camera not powering on: Ensure the Type-C cable is securely connected and the power adapter is functioning correctly.
- Cannot connect to Wi-Fi: Verify your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Check the Wi-Fi password. Try resetting the camera using the reset button.
- No recording to MicroSD card: Ensure the MicroSD card is inserted correctly and has been formatted via the app. Check if the card is full or corrupted.
- Poor video quality: Ensure the camera lens is clean. Check your Wi-Fi signal strength; a weak signal can affect streaming quality.
- App notifications not received: Check app notification settings on your phone and within the Allcam365 app. Ensure the camera has a stable internet connection.
