    • Restart the scanner and your computer/device.
  • No Data Output:
    • Verify that the scanner is properly connected to your device (wired, 2.4G wireless, or Bluetooth).
    • Make sure the target application (e.g., Notepad, Word, POS software) is active and ready to receive input.
    • Check if the barcode is damaged or unreadable. Try scanning a known good barcode.
  • Incorrect Data Output:
    • Ensure the scanner's settings match the barcode type you are scanning.
    • Some barcodes may require specific configuration (e.g., adding prefix/suffix). Refer to the full programming manual (if available) for advanced settings.
  • Poor Scanning Performance:
    • Clean the scanning window to remove any dust or smudges.
    • Adjust the distance and angle between the scanner and the barcode.
    • Ensure sufficient lighting, but avoid direct glare on the barcode.
  • Wireless/Bluetooth Connection Issues:
    • Reduce the distance between the scanner and the receiver/device.
    • Remove any obstructions that might interfere with the signal.
    • Re-pair the Bluetooth scanner with your device.
