2. Setup Guide
2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Connecting Peripherals
Refer to the diagram below for port identification:

- Power: Connect the DC power adapter to the Rear DC Jack.
- Display: Connect your monitor(s) to the HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports (Rear) or the USB Type-C (Front) / Thunderbolt 4 (Rear) ports. The device supports up to four displays simultaneously.
- Keyboard & Mouse: Connect your USB keyboard and mouse to the USB-A 3.2 Gen2 ports (Front or Rear).
- Audio: Connect headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm Audio Output Combo Jack (Front).
- Network: For a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable to either the 2.5G RJ-45 Ethernet or 1G RJ-45 Ethernet port (Rear). For wireless, ensure WiFi is enabled in Windows settings.
2.3 VESA Mount Installation (Optional)
The Mini PC can be mounted to the back of a VESA-compatible monitor using the included bracket.
- Attach the VESA mount bracket to the back of your monitor using the provided screws.
- Slide the MINIX N512 Mini PC onto the bracket until it clicks securely into place.

3. Operating Instructions
3.1 Powering On/Off
- Power On: Press the Power Button located on the front of the Mini PC. The Power LED will illuminate.
- Power Off: From Windows, click Start > Power > Shut down. Alternatively, press and hold the Power Button for 5 seconds to force a shutdown (use only when necessary).
3.2 Multi-Display Configuration
The MINIX N512 supports up to four displays for enhanced productivity or immersive experiences.

- Connect your displays to the available HDMI 2.1 TMDS ports, USB Type-C (Gen2), and Thunderbolt 4 ports.
- Once connected, Windows 11 Pro will automatically detect the displays. You can configure display settings (e.g., extend, duplicate, resolution) by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display settings'.
- The Thunderbolt 4 port supports up to 8K@60Hz resolution for ultra-high-definition output.

4. Maintenance and Upgrades
4.1 Active Cooling System
The MINIX N512 features an active cooling design to maintain optimal performance and prevent overheating. Ensure the ventilation grilles on the sides of the Mini PC are not obstructed to allow for proper airflow.

4.2 Memory (DDR5 SO-DIMM) Upgrade
