The NEO Z83-4 Max is a cost-efficient, versatile fanless Mini PC designed for office operation and industrial applications. It serves as an ideal Digital Signage, POS, and Thin Client solution.
Pre-installed with Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) and equipped with a wide array of connectivity options, the NEO Z83-4 Max delivers stunning visuals, supports 4K video playback and streaming, and offers responsive performance right out of the box.
The NEO Z83-4 Max can be easily mounted to a VESA compatible monitor. No tools are required for mounting once the included bracket has been installed.

Overview of Ports and Features
- Power LED: The LED glows blue when the NEO Z83-4 Max is powered on.
- Power Button: Press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to power on the device until the power LED glows. To power off, press and hold the power button for 8 seconds to force a shutdown.
- Micro SD Card Slot: Expand storage or read files directly from the card slot. Supports cards up to 256GB. The slot is designed to be inverted; ensure the card is inserted correctly.
- Audio Jack: Connect to an external audio output device, such as earphones or speakers.
- Ethernet Jack: Connect an Ethernet cable for internet access.
- DC 12V Power-in Jack: Connect the included 12V power adapter. While the device requires less than 1A, the 3A adapter provides ample power for connected external devices like external hard drives.
- USB Ports: Connect external USB devices such as USB flash drives, wireless keyboard/mouse receivers, wired USB mice, or wireless headset receivers.
- HDMI Port: Connect the NEO Z83-4 Max to the HDMI port of a high-definition TV or PC monitor using the included HDMI cable.

You can control the NEO Z83-4 Max using the following input devices:- Wired mouse and keyboard set

Basic Setup
What you need:
- High-Definition TV or PC Monitor: Capable of displaying 720p, 1080p, or 4K video, with at least one Mini DP or HDMI port.
- HDMI Cable: To connect the NEO Z83-4 Max to your TV (included).
- Network: A wired network cable or an 802.11ac Wi-Fi network (requires your wireless network name and password).
Setup Steps:
The MINIX NEO Z83-4 Max connects to your TV or PC monitor via a Mini DP or HDMI port, transmitting both audio and video.
- Remove NEO Z83-4 Max from VESA mount (if applicable): Carefully pull back one of the corners and lift out the NEO Z83-4 Max.
- Place VESA mount bracket onto monitor (if required): Insert screws and secure. Attach the NEO Z83-4 Max in any direction.
- Connect the HDMI cable:
- Connect one end of the HDMI cable to the HDMI port of your TV/PC monitor.
- Connect the other end of the cable to the HDMI port of the NEO Z83-4 Max.
- Connect the power: Connect the 12V power adapter to the relevant port. Press and hold the power button for 1-2 seconds to power on the NEO Z83-4 Max. The blue power LED should illuminate.
- Turn on your TV/PC monitor and select the input: Simply turn on your TV or PC monitor and select the corresponding HDMI port connected to the NEO Z83-4 Max.
