2. Safety Information

- Do not charge beyond the maximum charging rate.
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery.
- Do not throw or hit the battery.
- Do not pierce the battery with sharp objects (e.g., nails, knives, pens, electric drills).
- Do not mix with other types of batteries or modular units.
- Do not excessively squeeze the battery during use.
- Do not place the battery in a high temperature greater than 60°C.
- Do not use conductive materials to connect the positive and negative terminals (e.g., metals, wires).
- If the cell temperature exceeds the absolute charging temperature, charging must be stopped immediately.
- Always check the orientation of the positive and negative terminals before making connections.
- Ensure proper insulation when connecting terminals or wires to the battery module to prevent short circuits.
- When storing the battery for extended periods, keep it in a cool, dry place (< 35°C, 30%~50% State of Charge) and perform a charge/discharge cycle every 3 months.
- Avoid placing the battery in direct sunlight or near heat sources.
- Do not wear metal jewelry (such as rings, watches, accessories) when handling the battery unit.

3.2 Battery Management System (BMS)
The integrated Smart BMS provides comprehensive protection for the Grade A LiFePO4 batteries, housed in a stainless steel casing.

3.3 Fire Extinguishing Function
The battery is equipped with an aerosol fire extinguishing device. In the event of a short circuit leading to fire, this device detects the temperature and automatically activates to extinguish the fire.

6. Operation
6.1 Front Panel Controls and Displays
The front panel provides buttons for power control and displays for monitoring battery and inverter status.

6.2 Monitoring Data
The system allows for detailed monitoring of various parameters through its display interface. This includes pack data, system configuration, cell data, alarm status, and protection status.

7. Maintenance
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all cable connections for tightness and signs of wear or damage.
- Cleaning: Keep the unit clean and free from dust and debris. Use a dry, soft cloth for cleaning. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Temperature Monitoring: Ensure the operating environment temperature remains within the specified range (-15~55℃). Avoid prolonged operation above 45℃ without proper derating.
- Long-Term Storage: If the battery will not be used for an extended period, store it in a cool, dry place (< 35°C) with a State of Charge (SOC) between 30% and 50%. Perform a charge and discharge cycle every 3 months to maintain battery health.
- Fire Extinguisher Check: While the system has an automatic fire extinguishing device, ensure the unit is not obstructed and is in good condition.
