8. Maintenance & Care

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your M10 headphones, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
  • Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX7 waterproof, meaning they can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, the charging case is not waterproof. Do not expose the charging case to water. Always ensure earbuds are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
  • Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
  • Temperature: Avoid exposing the headphones to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or high humidity.

9. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your M10 headphones, please refer to the following common solutions:

  • Earbuds not pairing with each other: Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then take them out again. They should automatically re-sync.
  • Earbuds not connecting to device:
    1. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
    2. Turn off and on the earbuds by holding the touch panel for 5 seconds.
    3. Forget/delete "M10" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
    4. Ensure the earbuds and charging case have sufficient battery.
  • No sound from one earbud: Try placing both earbuds back in the case and taking them out again to force a re-sync. Check device audio settings to ensure balance is centered.
  • Charging case not charging: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Try a different cable or power adapter.
  • Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. Try restarting the earbuds.

10. User Tips

Here are some tips to enhance your experience with the M10 headphones:

  • Optimal Fit: Experiment with the different sizes of ear tips provided to find the most comfortable and secure fit. A good seal improves sound quality and noise cancellation.
  • Regular Charging: Keep the charging case regularly charged, especially if you plan to use its power bank function for your phone.
  • Voice Clarity: For best call quality, ensure the microphone area on the earbuds is not obstructed. The CVC8.0 and DSP dual noise reduction technology helps ensure clear communication, even in noisy environments.
  • Firmware Updates: While these earbuds do not support an app, periodically check the manufacturer's website for any potential firmware updates or additional tips.
