Headset Signal Name: "5.1" for both left and right earbuds.
Troubleshooting Pairing Issues
If both earphones cannot play music simultaneously, check your phone's Bluetooth management for duplicate "5.1" signals. If found, delete both signals, turn off Bluetooth, place earbuds in the charging compartment, and then retrieve them. They should auto-pair. Wait for one indicator light to turn off before searching for the signal on your phone and connecting.
Re-pairing Earbuds: If earbuds are not paired correctly, power them off. Press and hold the buttons on both earbuds simultaneously for about 10 seconds until blue lights flash, then red and blue lights flash alternately. Release the buttons. The earbuds are now ready for phone searching. Note: This action clears previous phone pairing records, so you must also delete the Bluetooth pairing record on your phone before re-connecting.
