Binaural Pairing and Connection

  1. Open the charging compartment cover, take out the earphones, and they will power on automatically. The earphone breathing light will flash, entering automatic pairing mode. When one earphone's light turns off or flashes slowly, the pairing is successful.
  2. Open the device's wireless list and search for "TWS".
  3. Click "TWS" to connect. If the connection fails, place the earphones back into the charging bin, close the cover, and repeat the above steps.
  4. When both ears move away from the normal connection distance with the device, the headset will enter the state of reconnecting to the Bluetooth headset. If reconnection is not successful within 5 minutes, both ears will automatically shut down.
  5. After the headset is powered on and before connecting to a mobile phone, triple-tap either earphone to automatically switch between Chinese and English languages (this function is not available for single Chinese or single English products).
  6. After the device is connected for the first time, the headset will automatically connect to the last paired device when it restarts next time.

F&Q (Frequently Asked Questions)

  1. Q: How come only one earphone has sound?
A: Place both earphones back into the charging bin simultaneously, close the cover to charge, and then take them out to check if the dual-ear mode is restored. If not, restoring to factory settings should resolve the issue.
  2. Q: The phone cannot connect to the headset?
A: Delete the paired "M10" from your mobile phone, and then attempt to pair and connect again.
  3. Q: Why is there no sound during music playback/calls?
A: For Android phones, go to the connection record on your phone, click the settings icon on the right, deselect both audio options, and then re-select them. For Apple phones, go to Settings > General > Accessibility > Audio Call Mode and select "Automatic". If it is already set to "Automatic", change it to another option and then back to "Automatic". If the issue persists, delete the pairing record and reconnect.
  4. Q: Why is there stuttering/disconnection?
A: If there are many Wi-Fi devices, 4G signals, high-power appliances, or other sources of interference around when using the headphones, stuttering or disconnection may occur. Changing the environment or re-pairing the connection can restore normal functionality.
