Cleaning the Microfiber Pads
After each use, remove the microfiber cleaning pads and wash them thoroughly. They can be hand-washed or machine-washed. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching for the next cleaning cycle.
-
Emptying and Cleaning the Water Tank
Empty any remaining water from the tank after use. Clean the water tank periodically to prevent residue buildup. Use a soft cloth to wipe the interior.
-
Wiping the Robot Body
Wipe the exterior of the robot with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the robot in water.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your DREAME C1 robot, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
-
Robot Not Sticking to Surface
Ensure the glass surface is clean and free of excessive dust or moisture. Check that the suction cups are clean and intact. Verify the power connection is stable, as the robot requires continuous power for suction.

-
Robot Getting Stuck or Colliding
The robot is equipped with high-precision sensors for 2mm obstacle sensing and 0.02s response time. If it frequently gets stuck, ensure there are no small, unexpected obstacles on the window frame or surface. The dynamic air pressure compensation system (PWM intelligent variable frequency technology) helps maintain stable suction even with minor leaks or gaps.

-
Poor Cleaning Performance
Check if the cleaning pads are dirty and need washing or replacement. Ensure the water tank is filled and the nozzles are not clogged. For stubborn stains, a pre-treatment might be necessary.
