1. Installation
The Gearelec 7003 is a 2-DIN universal car multimedia player. Professional installation is highly recommended to ensure correct wiring and avoid damage to your vehicle or the unit. Ensure the unit fits your car's dashboard opening before proceeding.

2. Wiring Diagram
Refer to the following diagram for proper connection of the power, audio, video, and other cables. Incorrect wiring can cause damage to the unit or your vehicle's electrical system.

- Power Cable: Connect the 16-pin power cable to your vehicle's wiring harness. Ensure ACC, B+, and Ground wires are correctly matched.
- RCA Cable: Use the provided RCA cable for audio output to external amplifiers or subwoofers, and for video input/output.
- GPS Antenna: Connect the GPS antenna and mount it in a location with a clear view of the sky for optimal signal reception.
- USB Cable: The rear USB 2.0 port (6-pin) is primarily for dashcam input.
- Rear Camera Input: Connect your optional rearview camera to the dedicated input cable.
3. Initial Power-On
After installation, turn on your vehicle's ignition. The unit should power on automatically. Follow any on-screen prompts for initial setup, such as language selection and time zone.
Operating Instructions
1. Basic Functions
- Radio (FM): Access the 'Radio' app to tune into FM stations. The RDS function provides real-time traffic information where available.
- USB Playback: Insert a USB flash drive into the front USB port to play audio, video, or view images.
- Rear AUX Function: Connect external audio devices via the rear AUX input.
2. Bluetooth Connectivity

- Reset: If the unit experiences issues, use the reset button (if available) or perform a factory reset through the settings menu. Note that a factory reset will erase all user data and settings. The factory setting password is 1234.
