2. Setup and Connection

First Time Use & Activation

Before initial use, connect the controller to a power source using the provided charging cable to charge and activate the device. The controller will only power on and function after this activation.

Connection Methods

1. Wired Connection:

   Connect the controller to your device (PC, Switch, etc.) using the provided USB-C charging cable. The controller will automatically identify and establish the connection.

2. Receiver Connection (2.4G Wireless):

   After turning on the controller, insert the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer. Bring the controller close to the receiver. The controller and receiver will automatically identify and connect.

3. Wireless Connection (Bluetooth for PC/Android/iOS):

   With the controller powered off, press and hold the A + HOME button for 3 seconds to turn it on. On your PC, search for Bluetooth devices and select "Xbox Wireless Controller" to connect. For Android/iOS, search for the controller in your device's Bluetooth settings and pair.

4. Wireless Connection (Bluetooth for Nintendo Switch):

   With the controller powered off, press and hold the B + HOME button for 3 seconds to turn it on. On your Nintendo Switch, navigate to "Controllers" > "Change Grip/Order" and wait for the controller to automatically connect.
