3. Setup Guide
3.1. Charging and Activation
Before initial use, or after a factory reset, please charge and activate your device.
- Place your smart bracelet onto the magnetic USB charging cable.
- Plug the USB end of the cable into a USB 2.0+ port or a compatible wall adapter.
- The red light on the bracelet will stay on during charging.
- The green light will appear when the device is fully charged.
Warm Tip: Prevent the USB charger port from contacting conductive materials such as liquids, dust, metal powder, and pencil leads.

3.2. App Download and Installation
The LIGE Smart Health Bracelet requires the "QWatch Pro" app for full functionality.
- Scan the QR code below or search for "QWatch Pro" in the Google Play Store (for Android) or Apple App Store (for iOS).
- Download and install the app on your mobile device.

Note: Ensure your Android version is 5.0 or later, or iOS version is 10.0 or later. The bracelet supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection.
3.3. Device Pairing
- Make sure the Bluetooth function on your mobile device is turned on.
- Open the "QWatch Pro" app.
- Navigate to the "Device" page within the app and select "Add device" at the top.
- The app will search for available devices. Select "H59" from the list to connect.
- Once connected, a green light will be displayed on the bracelet. If the connection is unsuccessful, press the home key on the bracelet to display a red light, then try pairing again.
- A successful connection is indicated by the battery level appearing in the app.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. Health Tracking
The QWatch Pro app allows you to monitor your physical signs in real-time and view detailed health data and reports daily.
- Heart Rate Monitor: The watch monitors HRV in real-time, analyzes each heartbeat, obtains health information, and takes precautions in advance. Heart rate is automatically tested every five minutes.
- Blood Oxygen Monitor (SpO2): Measure your current blood oxygen value, especially useful during long hours of mental work or high-intensity outdoor exercise. Blood oxygen is automatically tested every hour.
- Blood Pressure Monitor: Track your blood pressure automatically every hour.
- Sleep Monitor: Measures four sleep stages (sleep duration, deep sleep continuity, deep sleep ratio, and light sleep ratio) to help manage sleep habits and improve sleep quality.
- Stress Monitor: Provides stress testing results.
- Women's Health Monitoring: Tracks menstrual periods.

4.3. Smart Notifications and Alerts
Stay connected with smart notifications directly on your wrist.
- Incoming Calls: The bracelet will vibrate and display a green light once per second to alert you of incoming calls.
- SMS & Third-Party App Notifications: Receive alerts for SMS, WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype, and other app messages with a single vibration and green light.
- Sedentary Reminder: The bracelet will vibrate three times to remind you to move after periods of inactivity.
- Alarm Clock: Set alarms via the app, and the bracelet will vibrate thirty times to wake you up or remind you of tasks.
- Remote Camera Control: Press the home key twice to remotely control your phone's camera.
To stop notifications, press the home key once.
4.4. App Settings and Customization
Manage your device and personal preferences through the "Device" and "Me" sections of the QWatch Pro app.
- Automatic Health Monitoring Interval: Configure how often the bracelet monitors your health metrics.
- Goal Setting: Customize daily goals for steps, distance, calories, and sleep time.

5. Maintenance
5.1. Cleaning and Care
- Regularly wipe the bracelet and sensor area with a soft, dry cloth to remove sweat, dirt, and oils.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these can damage the device.
- Keep the charging contacts clean and dry to ensure proper charging.

- Charge the device for at least three hours to calibrate the battery.
- After calibration, continue to use your device as usual.
- If the issue persists, consider reducing the frequency of continuous health monitoring or notifications.
