APP Download
To utilize all features of your smartwatch, download the "Da Fit" application:
- Search for "Da Fit" in your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
- Scan the provided QR code to download the application.
Watch Interaction:
- Power/Back: Long press the side button for 5 seconds to turn the watch on/off. A short press acts as a back button.
- Activity Tracking: The watch can track exercise activities.
Charging and Active Use
Use the provided ST1 charging cable. Connect the USB end to a laptop or any USB port with a 5V 1A output. Ensure the watch is fully charged before first use. Charging typically takes about 2 hours.
NOTE: If the watch battery depletes completely, it may enter a silent protection state. The watch will need to be charged for 5-10 minutes to activate. If the device is not used for an extended period, recharge it at least once a month to maintain battery health.
Pairing Your Smartwatch
The smartwatch requires connection to your phone via the "Da Fit" app. This process may involve connecting twice to enable all functions.
Step 1: Initial App Connection
- Open the "Da Fit" APP on your smartphone.
- Follow the on-screen prompts: Tap "OK", "Allow" for necessary permissions.
- Navigate to "Add A DEVICE".
- Select your ST1 smartwatch from the list of available devices.
- Tap "Pair" and then "Allow" for any further prompts to complete the setup.
During this process, you will be asked to grant notification and other permissions. Confirming these is crucial for full functionality, including information reminders and access to the address book.
Tip: The MAC address found in the watch's "Setting" > "About" menu can help identify your device during the scanning process.
Step 2: Connect Bluetooth Call Function
Note: This connection is required to play music and answer calls directly from the watch.
- From the watch's standby screen, swipe left to access the first item. Turn on the Bluetooth call and music playback switch. The watch will enter a connectable state.
- On your smartphone, go to Settings > Bluetooth. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is on.
- Look for "Audio_ST1" (or similar) under "MY DEVICES" or available devices. Connect to it.
- Once connected, the communication interface on the watch (accessed by swiping left from standby) will display a green indicator, confirming that calls and music playback via Bluetooth are active.
If the interface shows "Show not connected" or is grayed out, it indicates the connection is not yet established or active.
Using the Touch Screen
Navigate the smartwatch interface using intuitive swipe gestures:
- Swipe Down: Accesses the Control Center.
- Swipe Up: Displays notifications or messages.
- Swipe Left: Opens the main Menu.
- Swipe Right: Accesses specific functions or pages, such as the Phone interface or detailed message content.

- Swiping left from the Menu may lead to the Phone interface.

Call Function Management
Disabling Call Audio: If you wish to conserve battery or avoid distractions, you can turn off call audio Bluetooth from the main page's drop-down menu. This action disables Bluetooth calls and music playback.
Important: The call function is disabled by default every time the bracelet is turned off, restarted, or restored to factory settings. You must manually re-enable it from the drop-down menu.
Switching Call Interface: If you answer or make a call on your mobile phone, and wish to use the watch for the call, you must manually switch the audio source back to the watch (e.g., "Audio-ST1") on your mobile phone's call interface.
Automatic Disconnection: If the smartwatch is disconnected from the phone for more than 2 minutes (e.g., due to distance), it will automatically close the connection to save battery life. To reconnect, open the "Da Fit" APP on your mobile phone; the watch should connect automatically.
Note for Different Phone Models: Depending on your phone model, you may need to manually initiate the connection via your phone's Bluetooth settings (Settings > Bluetooth) if automatic reconnection fails.
Message Notifications Troubleshooting
If your smartwatch is not receiving message notifications, please verify the following:
- Ensure your mobile phone's Bluetooth is turned ON.
- Ensure the "Da Fit" APP is running and configured correctly.
- Confirm the smartwatch is continuously connected to your mobile phone's Bluetooth.
Important Note: For notifications to be pushed, the relevant apps (WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook, etc.) must be active and allowed to send notifications on your phone. If apps are logged in on a computer or background restrictions are too strict, notifications may not be pushed to the watch. Please grant all necessary notification permissions within the "Da Fit" APP.
Android phones may clean up background apps, potentially causing connection drops and notification failures. Ensure:
- Message push is enabled in the "Da Fit" settings.
- Messages are visible in your phone's notification bar. The watch receives notifications by reading your phone's notification bar.
Specific Phone Settings:
- XIAOMI: Navigate to Settings > Apps > Permissions > Autostart and enable "Da Fit".
- HUAWEI: Navigate to Settings > Apps & Services > App Launch and enable "Da Fit".
- SAMSUNG: Use "Smart Manager" > "Auto-Run Application" option, then enter the "Auto-Start Application" settings interface to enable "Da Fit".
If notifications still do not appear, try resetting the watch or reinstalling the "Da Fit" APP.
Smartwatch Features
❤️ Heart Rate Test
The smartwatch continuously monitors your heart rate throughout the day. You can also initiate a manual measurement by tapping the heart rate page.
? Steps
Automatically tracks the number of steps you take. Your step count resets to zero at midnight.
? Training
Access the training icon from the menu to start a new workout recording. Choose from 7 different sport modes. The last recorded training session will be displayed on the training page.
? Sleep
Wear the smartwatch while sleeping to track your sleep duration and quality. Sleep statistics are available on both the watch screen and the "Da Fit" APP. Sleep data resets to zero at 8:00 PM.
? Remote Shutter
After connecting the device, you can use the smartwatch to remotely control your phone's camera. Note: Some phones may require the "Da Fit" APP to be running for this function to work.
▶️ Player Shutter
Control your phone's music player remotely via the connected smartwatch. Play, pause, skip tracks, and adjust volume.
⚙️ Other Features
Includes a stopwatch, alarm clock, timer, brightness adjustment, mute on/off, theater mode, factory reset option, power off, and an "About" section.
? Messages Reminder
Syncs incoming notifications from platforms like Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram. The watch can store up to the 5 most recent messages. You can enable or disable incoming notification alerts within the "Da Fit" APP.
