- Water Shortage Symbol: Illuminates when the water reservoir needs refilling.

4. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the ice maker from its packaging. Remove all packing materials, tape, and labels.
- Placement: Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit (at least 15 cm clearance on all sides). Avoid placing it near heat sources or in direct sunlight.
- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, clean the interior of the ice maker according to the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section.
- Water Connection: Choose one of the following water intake methods:
- Manual Water Inlet: Open the water inlet cover and pour potable water directly into the reservoir until it reaches the MAX fill line.
- Bottled Water: Place a compatible bottled water dispenser on top of the unit.
- Automatic Water Intake: Connect the ice maker to a potable water supply using the provided hose and filter. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a grounded 220V electrical outlet.
5. Operating Instructions
- Power On: Press the 'Switch' button to turn on the ice maker. The Power-on Symbol will illuminate.
- Water Check: Ensure the water reservoir is filled. If the Water Shortage Symbol is lit, add water using your chosen method.
- Start Ice Making: The machine will automatically begin the ice-making cycle. The 'Ice Making' symbol will illuminate, and the 'Ice Making Time Countdown' will display the estimated time for the first batch (typically 12-20 minutes).
- Adjust Ice Making Time (Optional): Use the '+' and '-' buttons in the 'Ice Making Time Setting Area' to adjust the duration of the ice-making cycle, which can affect ice cube thickness.
- Ice Collection: Once ice is made, it will drop into the ice basket. The 'Ice Full Symbol' will illuminate when the basket is full, and the machine will pause operation until ice is removed.
- Power Off: Press the 'Switch' button again to turn off the ice maker when not in use.
6. Cleaning and Maintenance
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your ice maker and ensure hygienic ice production.
6.1 Automatic Cleaning
To activate the automatic cleaning function, press and hold the 'Switch' button for more than 5 seconds. The machine will run a cleaning cycle. After the cycle, drain any remaining water and wipe the interior dry.
6.2 Manual Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe down the exterior with a soft, damp cloth.
- Weekly: Remove the ice basket and clean it with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Monthly: For a deeper clean, unplug the unit and drain all water. Clean the interior surfaces, including the water reservoir and ice-making components, with a solution of water and mild detergent or a food-grade descaler. Rinse thoroughly multiple times to remove any residue.
- Water Filter: If using automatic water intake with a filter, replace the filter regularly as recommended by the filter manufacturer or when ice quality deteriorates.
Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or sharp objects to clean the ice maker, as these can damage the surfaces.
7. Troubleshooting
