5. Maintenance

  • Keep the device dry. Do not expose it to moisture or liquids.
  • Avoid extreme temperatures.
  • Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself. This will void the warranty.
  • Store the device in a safe place when not in use.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Network Connection: Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted and activated. Check the mobile broadband LED indicator. If it's red, there might be a low signal or no SIM detected. Try moving to an area with better network coverage.
  • Cannot Connect to WiFi: Verify that the WiFi is enabled on the router (check WiFi LED). Ensure you are entering the correct WiFi Key. Restart both the router and your connecting device.
  • Slow Internet Speed: Check your signal strength via the web interface or LED indicators. High network traffic or being far from the router can affect speed.
  • Device Not Turning On: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a power source and try again.
  • Forgot WiFi Password: The default WiFi Key is printed on the sticker on the bottom of the device. If you changed it and forgot, you might need to perform a factory reset (refer to the web interface for this option, as it will revert all settings to default).
