1. Introduction
The DD2702H is a 15-channel bi-directional LCD remote control emitter designed for precise control of bi-directional curtain motors and rechargeable battery-powered bi-directional tubular motors. This remote allows you to manage multiple window coverings with ease, offering both bi-directional and uni-directional control capabilities (when mode is changed). Please read this manual thoroughly before use to ensure proper operation and to maximize the lifespan of your device.
Important Note: This remote is primarily for DD2702H models. While it can function as a DC1602 15-channel remote for uni-directional motors, it cannot control both bi-directional and uni-directional motors simultaneously. Ensure compatibility with your motor type and brand before use.
2. Package Contents
Please check the package for the following items:
- DD2702H 15 Channel Bi-Directional LCD Remote Control
- Magnetic Wall Mount Holder
- Battery (CR2450)

3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
The DD2702H remote control requires a 3V CR2450 battery. Follow these steps to install the battery:
- Gently slide open the battery compartment cover on the back of the remote.
- Insert the CR2450 battery, ensuring the positive (+) side faces upwards.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
3.2 Wall Mounting
The remote comes with a magnetic wall mount holder for convenient storage and access. Attach the holder to a desired wall location using appropriate fasteners (not included). The remote can then be magnetically attached to the holder.

4. Operation
4.1 Basic Control Functions
The remote features intuitive buttons for controlling your bi-directional motors:
- UP (▲): Moves the blind/curtain upwards.
- STOP (▮▮): Stops the blind/curtain at its current position.
- DOWN (▼): Moves the blind/curtain downwards.
- Channel Selection: Use the dedicated channel buttons to select which motor or group of motors you wish to control. The LCD screen will display the currently selected channel.

4.2 Adding an Additional Remote Control or Cloning a Channel
A previously programmed remote control can be used to add a new remote control or operating channel. You can also copy one channel to another within the same remote control using this procedure.

4.3 Mode Setting (Bi-directional / Uni-directional)
The DD2702H remote is primarily set for bi-directional motors by default. However, you can change the mode setting to control uni-directional motors, similar to the DC1602 15-channel remote. Refer to your motor's specific instructions for pairing and mode switching procedures if you intend to use it with uni-directional motors.

6. Maintenance
- Keep the remote control clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid exposing the remote to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or moisture.
- If the remote is not used for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage.
- Replace the battery when the remote's performance degrades or the LCD display becomes dim.
7. Troubleshooting
- Remote not responding: Check if the battery is correctly installed and has sufficient charge. Replace the battery if necessary.
- Motor not responding: Ensure the remote is paired with the correct motor channel. Verify that the motor is powered and functioning correctly.
- Limited range: Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the motor. Large metal objects or other RF devices can interfere with the signal.
- Incorrect motor movement: Re-check the motor's programming and the remote's mode setting (bi-directional vs. uni-directional).
8. User Tips
- Always keep your remote in the magnetic wall mount to prevent misplacement and damage.
- When controlling multiple blinds, label your channels for quick identification.
- If you experience intermittent issues, try replacing the battery first, as low battery power can affect signal strength.
