Setup
1. Battery Installation and Charging
- Open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the camera.
- Insert the 1050mAh battery, ensuring the correct orientation.
- Close the battery compartment cover securely.
- To charge, connect the camera to a USB power source using the provided USB Type-C cable. The charging indicator will illuminate.
2. Memory Card Installation
The camera supports MicroSD/TF cards up to 128GB. A Class 10 or UHS-I (U1) or higher speed rating is recommended for optimal performance, especially for 5K/4K recording.
- Locate the memory card slot on the side of the camera.
- Insert the MicroSD card with the contacts facing the front of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, gently push the card until it springs out.
3. Waterproof Housing
For underwater use or protection against dust and impact, place the camera inside the waterproof housing. Ensure the housing is properly sealed before use in wet environments. The camera is waterproof up to 30 meters when inside the housing.

4. Mounting the Camera
Various mounts are included to attach your camera to helmets, handlebars, or other surfaces. Refer to Figure 2 for an overview of the included brackets and mounts. Securely attach the camera to the desired mount using the appropriate accessories.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- Power On: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds.
- Power Off: Press and hold the Power/Mode button for a few seconds until the screen turns off.
2. Basic Operation
- Mode Switching: Press the Power/Mode button briefly to cycle through different modes (Video, Photo, Playback, Settings).
- Recording/Shutter: Press the Shutter/OK button to start/stop recording video or take a photo.
- Navigation: Use the 2.0" touch screen for menu navigation and settings adjustments.
3. Video Recording
The MTR60 supports various video resolutions and frame rates, including 5K@30fps. For optimal stability, utilize the Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS) feature.
- Select Video Mode.
- Adjust resolution and EIS settings in the menu. Note: EIS is not supported for 5K@30fps.
- Press the Shutter button to begin recording. Press again to stop.

4. Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS)
The 6-axis EIS technology provides smooth and steady video footage. This feature is available for resolutions up to 4K@60fps/30fps, 2.7K@60fps/30fps, 1080P@60fps/30fps, and 720P@/60fps/30fps.

5. Photo Capture
The camera can capture photos up to 50MP resolution.
- Select Photo Mode.
- Adjust photo resolution and other settings in the menu.
- Press the Shutter button to take a photo.
6. Digital Zoom
The MTR60 features 5X digital zoom. Tap the screen to zoom in and out during recording or photo capture.

7. Wide Angle Lens
The 170° wide-angle lens captures a broader perspective, ideal for action shots and landscapes.

8. Remote Control
The included 2.4GHz remote control allows you to operate the camera from up to 10 meters away, providing convenience for various shooting scenarios.
- Ensure the remote control is paired with the camera (refer to camera settings for pairing instructions).
- Use the buttons on the remote to start/stop recording or take photos.

9. Wi-Fi Connectivity and App Control
Connect your MTR60 to a smartphone via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi for real-time viewing, control, and instant sharing of your footage.
- Download the dedicated Ourlife app from your smartphone's app store.
- Enable Wi-Fi on the camera via the settings menu.
- Connect your smartphone to the camera's Wi-Fi network.
- Open the app to control the camera and manage files.

10. Pre-Record Mode
This mode allows the camera to record a short period of video (10-20 seconds) before you press the shutter button, ensuring you don't miss crucial moments.
- Activate "Pre Record" in the camera settings.
- When you press the Shutter button, the video will include the pre-recorded segment.
- Pre-recording times vary by resolution and EIS setting:
- Normal Video (30FPS): 20 seconds
- Normal Video (30FPS with EIS): 10 seconds
- Normal Video (60FPS): 10 seconds
- Normal Video (60FPS with EIS): 5 seconds

11. Car DVR Record Mode
The MTR60 can function as a car DVR, continuously recording footage. The recommended setting for this mode is 1080P at 30fps with looping record enabled.
- Mount the camera securely in your vehicle.
- Select "Car DVR Record Mode" in the camera settings.
- Ensure looping record is enabled to overwrite older files when the memory card is full.

12. Webcam Functionality
Connect the MTR60 to your computer via the USB cable to use it as a webcam. No additional drivers are required.
- Connect the camera to your computer using the USB Type-C cable.
- Select "Webcam Mode" on the camera's screen (if prompted).
- Your computer should recognize the camera as a webcam.

13. External Microphone
The camera supports an external microphone (not included) for enhanced audio quality. Connect the external microphone to the camera's microphone input port.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to clean the camera lens and screen. For stubborn smudges, a lens cleaning solution can be used sparingly.
- Waterproof Housing Care: After each use in water, rinse the waterproof housing with fresh water and allow it to air dry. Inspect the O-ring seal for any debris or damage.
- Battery Care: Store batteries in a cool, dry place. Avoid fully discharging batteries for extended periods.
- Storage: When not in use, store the camera in a dry, dust-free environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Troubleshooting
- Camera does not power on:
- Ensure the battery is fully charged and correctly inserted. Try charging the camera for at least 30 minutes.
- Camera stops recording unexpectedly:
- Check if the memory card is full or if its speed rating is sufficient for the selected resolution. A Class 10 or UHS-I (U1) or higher card is recommended. Ensure the battery has sufficient charge.
- Footage is blurry or unstable:
- Clean the camera lens. Ensure EIS is enabled for resolutions that support it. Check if the camera is securely mounted.
- Wi-Fi connection issues:
- Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on the camera and your smartphone. Try restarting both devices. Make sure you are within the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi range.
- Remote control not working:
- Check the remote control's battery. Ensure it is properly paired with the camera and within the 10-meter operating range.
