Maintenance
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Ear Caps: Remove and clean the silicone ear caps periodically with water and mild soap, then dry thoroughly before reattaching.
- Charging Contacts: Ensure the charging contacts on both the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris to maintain proper charging.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earphones in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged. Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Water Resistance: While waterproof, avoid prolonged exposure to water or submersion. Dry thoroughly if exposed to moisture.
Troubleshooting
- Earphones not pairing: Ensure both earphones are in the charging case, then open the lid. Check your device's Bluetooth settings and try re-pairing. Make sure the earphones are charged.
- Only one earphone working: Place both earphones back into the charging case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open it again. This should reset the connection and allow them to pair with each other.
- No sound: Check the volume level on your connected device. Ensure the earphones are properly paired and selected as the audio output.
- Charging issues: Verify the charging cable and adapter are working. Clean the charging contacts on the earphones and case.
- Voice Assistant not responding: Ensure your device's voice assistant (e.g., Siri) is enabled and configured correctly. Long press the touch area for 2 seconds to activate.
User Tips
- For the best sound quality and comfort, experiment with the different sizes of silicone ear caps to find the perfect fit for your ears. A good seal is crucial for bass response and noise isolation.
- To maximize battery life, always place the earbuds back into the charging case when not in use.
- If experiencing any connectivity issues, try restarting your device's Bluetooth or performing a factory reset on the earphones (refer to specific reset instructions if available, otherwise, fully discharge and recharge).
