5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Liquid Crystal Screen Panel
The keyboard features a liquid crystal color screen panel that displays various information, including:
- Keyboard Connection Status
- Customized Light Adjustment settings
- Battery Display
- Customized GIFs (on Flagship Edition)

5.2 CNC Metal Knob
The CNC metal knob provides convenient control over multimedia functions, such as volume adjustment. It may also offer additional customizable features depending on the keyboard's firmware and software.
5.3 RGB Backlighting
The EWEADN X75 features 16 million colors RGB backlighting. Use the keyboard's function keys or dedicated software (if available) to customize lighting effects, brightness, and color patterns.
5.4 Hot-Swappable Switches
The keyboard is equipped with hot-swappable full keyed shaft holders, allowing you to easily change switches without soldering. This feature is compatible with most 3-pin switches on the market.

5.5 Keycap Design
The keyboard uses high-quality PBT keycaps with a two-color injection molding process, providing good texture, a fine frosted surface, and enhanced durability. Some editions feature side engraving for a unique aesthetic.

5.6 Typing Experience
The X75 features a cushioned Gasket construction and multiple layers of sound-deadening padding (PO sandwich cotton, IXPE foam under-axis, EPDM sound deadening foam, molded silicone base mat) to provide a comfortable and "thocky" typing sound profile.

5.7 Switch Options
The keyboard is available with various high-quality switches, each offering a distinct typing feel:
- Kailh HAI QING: Smooth and fast trigger with strong rebound and dry bottom. (Trigger pressure: 38±7gf, Total stroke: 3.0+0.4mm, Trigger stroke: 2.0±0.5mm, Switching life: 50 million times)
- YEZI Switch: POM axis press smooth touch bottom, concentrated listening sense HIFI. (Trigger pressure: 38±7gf, Total stroke: 3.0+0.4mm, Trigger stroke: 2.0±0.5mm, Switching life: 50 million times)
- Kailh Dark Horse: DuPont pom shaft, long time use smooth touch bottom, dry rebound with hand. (Trigger pressure: 45±5gf, Total stroke: 3.6+0.4mm, Trigger stroke: 2.0±0.5mm, Switching life: 70 million times)

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
To clean the keyboard, first disconnect it from all power sources. Use a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. For keycaps, you can use the provided keycap puller to remove them and clean them separately with warm soapy water, ensuring they are completely dry before reattaching. Do not spray cleaning solutions directly onto the keyboard.
6.2 Switch Replacement
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, switches can be replaced easily. Use the provided shaft puller to gently remove the keycap, then use the same tool to carefully pull out the switch. Align the pins of the new switch with the sockets on the PCB and press firmly until it clicks into place. Ensure the pins are not bent during insertion.
6.3 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the keyboard frequently. If storing the keyboard for an extended period, charge it to about 50-70% before storage. Use only the provided Type-C cable or a certified equivalent for charging.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 Keyboard Not Responding
- Check Connection: Ensure the USB cable is securely connected in wired mode, or the 2.4G receiver is plugged in and the keyboard is in 2.4G mode. For Bluetooth, verify it's paired and selected.
- Battery Level: Check the battery indicator on the liquid crystal screen. If low, charge the keyboard.
- Mode Switch: Confirm the keyboard is set to the correct connection mode (Wired, 2.4G, or Bluetooth).
- Restart Device: Try restarting your computer or device.
7.2 Backlight Issues
- Brightness: Adjust backlight brightness using the designated function keys or software.
- Mode: Ensure the backlight mode is not set to "off" or a very dim setting.
7.3 Liquid Crystal Screen Not Displaying
- Power: Ensure the keyboard is powered on and has sufficient battery.
- Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for the keyboard that might resolve display issues.
7.4 Keys Not Registering
- Switch Seating: If a specific key is not working, gently remove the keycap and switch, then re-insert the switch firmly to ensure proper contact.
- Debris: Check for any debris under the keycap or around the switch.
8. User Tips
- Customizing the Screen: For Flagship Edition users, the liquid crystal screen supports customized GIFs. Refer to the official EWEADN software or drivers for instructions on how to upload and manage these. Note that the display is primarily for keyboard-related information (connection, lighting, battery) and does not show external system data like CPU temperature.
- Switch Experimentation: Take advantage of the hot-swappable feature to try different switch types. The spare shafts included in the package are a good starting point for experiencing different tactile or linear feels.
- Firmware Updates: Periodically check the EWEADN official website for any available firmware updates. These can improve performance, add new features, or fix bugs.
