This bread maker can prepare loaves of 1 kg, 1.25 kg, and 1.5 kg. Use the dedicated weight setting button to cycle through the available sizes. Adjust the recipe ingredients accordingly.

5.4 Setting Browning Level

Choose from 3 levels of crust toasting: light, medium, or dark (very crispy). Use the browning level button to select your preference.

5.5 Using the Programmable Timer

The 15-hour programmable timer allows you to delay the start of the baking process. This is ideal for having freshly baked bread ready at a specific time. Set the delay time using the timer buttons after selecting your program, loaf size, and browning level.

5.6 Keep Warm Function

After the baking cycle is complete, the bread maker automatically enters a 60-minute 'Keep Warm' mode to maintain the bread's temperature.

5.7 Starting and Stopping a Cycle

  • Press the 'Start/Stop' button to begin the selected program.
  • To stop a program mid-cycle, press and hold the 'Start/Stop' button for a few seconds.

5.8 Removing the Bread

  1. Once the cycle is complete and the bread maker has cooled slightly, carefully remove the baking pan using oven mitts.
  2. Invert the pan to release the bread onto a wire rack to cool. If the kneading paddle remains in the bread, use the included hook to carefully remove it.
