5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Live View and Three-Screen Display
Access the live feed through the mobile app. The unique dual-lens feature allows for a three-screen simultaneous preview, enabling you to monitor three different locations or perspectives from a single camera interface. This eliminates the need to switch between multiple views, providing a comprehensive overview.

5.2 PTZ Control and Digital Zoom
Control the camera's pan (355° horizontal) and tilt (90° vertical) movements remotely via the app. You can also use the 4x digital zoom function by pinching the screen to get a closer look at details.

5.3 Motion Detection and Smart Floodlight
The camera utilizes a highly sensitive PIR motion sensor combined with AI detection to minimize false alarms. When human movement is detected, the camera will send push alerts to your app and can activate its smart floodlight for enhanced visibility and deterrence. Ensure the PIR motion function is enabled in the app settings.

5.4 Night Vision Modes
The camera offers two night vision modes: full-color night vision and IR night vision. With built-in infrared lights, it can provide clear night vision up to 10 meters (approximately 90 feet) even in very dark environments. The IR cut filter with auto switch ensures optimal performance.

5.5 Two-Way Audio
Communicate with individuals in front of the camera using the built-in microphone and speaker. This two-way audio feature allows for real-time conversations through the mobile app.

5.6 Recording and Storage
The camera supports loop recording, continuously overwriting older footage to ensure your memory card does not run out of space. You can store recordings on an SD card (up to 128GB) or utilize cloud storage services.

5.7 Multi-User Sharing
Share access to your security camera's feed with up to 4 or more users through the mobile application, allowing family members or trusted individuals to monitor the property.

6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Regularly wipe the camera lens and solar panel with a soft, damp cloth to ensure clear vision and efficient solar charging.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surfaces.
6.2 Battery Care
- Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive maximum direct sunlight to keep the built-in battery charged.
- In periods of prolonged cloudy weather or low sunlight, the camera's battery may deplete faster. Monitor battery levels via the app and consider temporary manual charging via the USB Type-C port if necessary.
6.3 Firmware Updates
Periodically check the mobile app for available firmware updates. Keeping your camera's firmware up-to-date ensures optimal performance, security, and access to new features.
7. Troubleshooting
- Camera not connecting to network: Double-check your WiFi password (for WiFi version) or ensure the 4G SIM card has an active data plan and good signal (for 4G version). For WiFi, confirm it's a 2.4GHz network.
- Poor video quality: Ensure the lens is clean and free from obstructions. Check your network signal strength.
- Motion alerts not received: Verify that PIR motion detection is enabled in the app settings and that app notifications are turned on for your device.
- Battery draining quickly: Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving adequate sunlight. Reduce the frequency of live view access and motion events if possible.
- Two-way audio issues: Check your device's microphone and speaker settings. Ensure there are no obstructions blocking the camera's microphone or speaker.
8. User Tips
- For optimal solar charging, mount the solar panel in a location that receives direct sunlight for most of the day, ideally facing south (in the Northern Hemisphere) or north (in the Southern Hemisphere).
- Utilize the three-screen view feature to cover multiple angles of your property without needing additional cameras, maximizing your surveillance efficiency.
- Adjust the PIR motion sensitivity in the app to balance between detecting genuine threats and minimizing false alarms from pets or environmental factors.
- Regularly review recorded footage and adjust settings as needed to optimize storage usage and event capture.
