7. Troubleshooting
- Gamepad not connecting via Bluetooth:
Ensure the gamepad is charged. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Try restarting both the gamepad and your device. Ensure you are in the correct connection mode for your device (refer to Section 4.2). - Buttons not responding or input lag:
Check if the gamepad is fully charged. Ensure there are no obstructions between the gamepad and your device. Try re-pairing the device. If using an Android device, ensure the MOCUTE Controller Tool is updated if using macro/mapping features. - Gamepad not recognized by a game:
Verify the game supports external controllers. For some games, you may need to enable controller support in the game's settings. Ensure you are using the correct connection mode (e.g., XBOX Wireless Controller mode for broad compatibility). For iOS MFI games, ensure your iOS version is 13.4 or higher. - Phone does not fit:
The gamepad supports phones up to 178mm in length. Ensure your phone's dimensions are within this limit. - Macro/Mapping not working on Android:
Note that macro and mapping functions in Android [B] mode are not supported on MediaTek devices.
