6. Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the gamepad. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Storage: Store the gamepad in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

  • Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the gamepad frequently. Charge it regularly, especially if storing for extended periods.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Gamepad not connecting via Bluetooth:
Ensure the gamepad is charged. Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth. Try restarting both the gamepad and your device. Ensure you are in the correct connection mode for your device (refer to Section 4.2).
  • Buttons not responding or input lag:
Check if the gamepad is fully charged. Ensure there are no obstructions between the gamepad and your device. Try re-pairing the device. If using an Android device, ensure the MOCUTE Controller Tool is updated if using macro/mapping features.
  • Gamepad not recognized by a game:
Verify the game supports external controllers. For some games, you may need to enable controller support in the game's settings. Ensure you are using the correct connection mode (e.g., XBOX Wireless Controller mode for broad compatibility). For iOS MFI games, ensure your iOS version is 13.4 or higher.
  • Phone does not fit:
The gamepad supports phones up to 178mm in length. Ensure your phone's dimensions are within this limit.
  • Macro/Mapping not working on Android:
Note that macro and mapping functions in Android [B] mode are not supported on MediaTek devices.

8. User Tips

  • For the best experience with Nintendo Switch emulators like Yuzu and Skyline, remember to activate the dedicated NS Mode and swap the A/B and X/Y buttons as needed.
  • Experiment with the Turbo function's speed adjustments to find the optimal setting for different games and actions, which can significantly reduce finger strain during repetitive tasks.
  • Always ensure your phone is securely seated in the gamepad's adjustable holder to prevent accidental drops and maintain stable gameplay.
