3. Setup and Pairing
3.1 Battery Installation
The remote control uses a 3V CR2450 battery. Ensure correct polarity when inserting the battery.
3.2 Wall Mount Installation
The remote comes with a wall-mounted magnetic holder for convenient storage. Use the provided screws and anchors to secure the holder to a desired wall location.
3.3 Pairing Additional Remotes
To pair a new remote (Remote B) with an existing system controlled by another remote (Remote A):
- On the existing Remote A, press the P2 button. The motor should respond with 1 jog and 1 beep.
- Press the P2 button on Remote A again. The motor should respond with 1 jog and 1 beep.
- On the new Remote B, press the P2 button. The motor should respond with 2 jogs and 3 beeps.
- The new Remote B is now linked to the motor.
Repeat these steps for any additional remotes you wish to pair.

3.4 Mode Setting (Bi-directional vs. Uni-directional)
The DD2702H remote is factory set for bi-directional motors. You can change the mode setting to control uni-directional motors, in which case it will function like a DC1602 15-channel remote. Note: It cannot be used for both bi-directional and uni-directional motors simultaneously.
4. Operating Instructions
The DD2702H remote allows you to control up to 15 channels, each capable of operating a bi-directional curtain motor (or uni-directional if configured). The LCD screen displays the currently selected channel.

4.1 Basic Functions
- Up Button: Moves the curtain motor upwards.
- Down Button: Moves the curtain motor downwards.
- Stop Button: Halts the curtain motor's movement.
- Channel Selection Buttons (< / >): Cycle through the 15 available channels to select the motor you wish to control. The selected channel number will be displayed on the LCD.
5. Maintenance
5.1 Battery Replacement
When the remote's performance degrades or the LCD display becomes dim, it's time to replace the 3V CR2450 battery. Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote, remove the old battery, and insert a new one, ensuring correct polarity.
5.2 Cleaning
Wipe the remote control with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the surface or internal components.
