  • Antenna Placement: Adjust the antennas to an upright position or angle them for the best signal strength. Avoid placing obstructions near the antennas.
  • System Ventilation: Ensure your computer case has adequate ventilation to prevent overheating, which can affect the performance of internal components, including the wireless card.
  • Cleanliness: Periodically clean dust from inside your computer case, especially around the PCI-E slot and the wireless card, to maintain proper airflow.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Wi-Fi Issues

  • No Wi-Fi Networks Detected:
    • Ensure the Wi-Fi drivers are correctly installed. Check Device Manager for any yellow exclamation marks next to the network adapter.
    • Verify that the antennas are securely attached to the card.
    • Check if Wi-Fi is enabled in your operating system settings.
  • Slow Wi-Fi Speed:
    • Ensure your router is configured for 80MHz channel width to achieve maximum speeds (up to 1200Mbps).
    • Try connecting to the 5GHz band if available, as it generally offers higher speeds with less interference.
    • Reduce physical obstructions between your computer and the Wi-Fi router.
    • Update your router's firmware.

5.2 Bluetooth Issues

  • Bluetooth Not Working/Not Detected:
    • The Bluetooth function requires the internal USB cable to be connected from the wireless card to the motherboard's 9-pin USB header. Verify this connection is secure.
    • Ensure Bluetooth drivers are installed. Check Device Manager for any issues.
    • Check if Bluetooth is enabled in your operating system settings.
  • Difficulty Pairing Devices:
    • Ensure the Bluetooth device you are trying to pair is in pairing mode.
    • Move the Bluetooth device closer to your computer.
    • Remove and re-add the device in your computer's Bluetooth settings.

5.3 General Issues

  • Card Not Recognized by System:
    • Ensure the card is fully seated in the PCI-E slot.
    • Try installing the card in a different PCI-E slot if available.
    • Verify your operating system (Windows 7/8/10/11 64-bit) is supported.
  • Driver Download Issues:
