1. Introduction

The Blackview N6000 is a compact, super durable, and high-specification rugged smartphone designed for demanding environments. It features a MediaTek Helio G99 processor, Doke OS 3.1 based on Android 13, a 4.3-inch QHD+ display, and a 3880mAh solid-state battery. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your device.

2. Setup Guide

2.1 Package Contents

  • 1x Blackview N6000 Smartphone
  • 1x Type-C Cable
  • 1x Power Adapter (EU)
  • 1x User Manual

2.2 SIM Card Installation

The N6000 supports Dual Nano SIM cards. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of the device. Use the provided SIM ejector tool (if included) to open the tray. Insert your Nano SIM cards into the designated slots, ensuring they are correctly oriented. Close the tray securely.

2.3 Initial Power On & Configuration

  1. Press and hold the Power button until the Blackview logo appears.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to select your language, connect to Wi-Fi, and set up your Google account.
  3. You may be prompted to transfer data from an old device or set up as new.
  4. Complete the setup process to access the home screen.

3.1 Basic Navigation (DokeOS 3.1 based on Android 13)

The N6000 runs on DokeOS 3.1, which is based on Android 13, offering enhanced personalization, privacy, and security features. Navigate using gestures or on-screen buttons as configured during setup.

3.2 Customized Shortcut Button

The N6000 features a customizable shortcut button on the side. This button can be programmed for single tap or long press actions to quickly launch frequently used apps or functions.

The N6000 is equipped with a 48MP Samsung ISOCELL GM2 rear camera and a 16MP SK Hynix HI-1634Q front camera, enhanced by ArcSoft 5.0 Algorithms for improved photography.

  • Pro Mode: Adjust attributes like White Balance (AWB), ISO, Exposure Value (EV), Focus, and Shutter Speed for customized photography.

  • Slow performance: Close unnecessary background apps, clear storage, or restart the device.
