3. Operating Instructions
The REVASRI R2 offers multiple measurement modes and features to enhance accuracy and user experience.
3.1 Basic Distance Measurement
- Power on the device by pressing the Power on/Measure button.
- Look through the eyepiece and aim the crosshairs at your target.
- Press the Power on/Measure button once to take a single measurement. The distance will be displayed in the in-view LCD.
- For continuous scanning, hold down the Power on/Measure button. The distance will update as you pan across different targets.
3.2 Switching Measurement Modes
Press the 'Mode' button to cycle through available measurement modes. The R2 supports various modes, including:
- Golf Mode: Includes slope compensation and flagpole lock with vibration.
- Hunting Mode: Standard distance measurement.
- Other modes for general ranging.

3.3 Golf Slope Adjusted Mode
This mode automatically calculates the elevation difference and provides an adjusted distance, helping golfers select the correct club. When the slope is positive, the hitting distance is greater than the actual target distance. When the slope is negative, the ball will land earlier than the straight-line measurement.

3.4 Flagpole Lock with Vibration
In Golf Mode, the rangefinder can lock onto the flagpole, ignoring background objects. Once the flagpole is locked, the device will provide a pulse vibration, confirming the target acquisition and displaying the distance. This feature makes choosing a golf club easier.

3.5 Disc Golf Measurements
The rangefinder can also be used for disc golf, providing measurements such as LOS (Line of Sight) Distance, Vertical Elevation, Vertical Distance Mode, and Angle, all displayed through the 6X magnification eyepiece.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
Use the provided clean cloth to gently wipe the lenses and the body of the rangefinder. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemicals, as they may damage the optical coatings or the device's finish.
4.2 Storage
Store the rangefinder in its protective pouch when not in use. Keep it in a dry environment within the recommended operating humidity (≤80%) and temperature range (-20~50℃). Avoid extreme temperatures and direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
4.3 Battery Care
To prolong the life of the built-in Li-ion battery, avoid fully discharging it frequently. Recharge the device regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.
5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your REVASRI R2 Rangefinder, please refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Device not powering on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect the device to a USB power source and allow it to charge for some time before attempting to power it on again.
- Inaccurate measurements: Ensure the lenses are clean and free from obstructions. Verify that you are aiming at a clear target and not through glass or other reflective surfaces that might interfere with the laser. Check if the focus is properly adjusted.
- Display is dim or unclear: Adjust the focus using the focus adjustment knob. Ensure the device is being used within its specified operating temperature range.
- No vibration feedback: Ensure the flagpole lock feature is active in Golf Mode and that the device has successfully locked onto a flagpole.
If the problem persists after attempting these steps, please contact REVASRI customer service for further assistance.
