  • Auto-Answer Not Working: Ensure the 'A' button has been pressed to activate the auto-answer feature. If it's still not working, try toggling the feature off and on, or restart the headset.
  • No Sound/Low Volume: Check that the headset is properly connected to your phone and that the volume on both the headset and your phone is turned up. Ensure speakers are correctly positioned in the helmet.
  • Short Battery Life: Ensure the headset is fully charged (5 hours). If battery life remains significantly shorter than expected, contact support.

  • Clarify Functionality: Many users inquire about intercom capabilities. Remember to inform others that this device is primarily for phone calls and music streaming, not for rider-to-rider communication.
  • Auto-Answer Convenience: Utilize the auto-answer feature for incoming calls to maintain focus on the road and avoid fumbling with your phone or headset buttons.
  • Dual Phone Connectivity: Take advantage of the ability to connect to two phones. This can be useful for separating personal and work calls, or for having a dedicated navigation device.
