If you encounter persistent issues or wish to clear all settings, you can perform a factory reset. This option is typically found within the "System" menu under "Factory Reset." Be aware that this will erase all user settings and channel lists.

6. Troubleshooting

  • No Signal / Cannot Use:
    • Verify if your region (e.g., Spain, Italy, Poland, France) has switched to the H.265 signal. This decoder supports H.265.
    • Ensure your indoor antenna is properly connected and receiving a signal.
    • If using DVB-C, confirm that DVB-C is supported in your area.
  • Suddenly Stop Working / Picture Freeze:
    • Try resetting the decoder or updating its firmware.
    • Connect the decoder to a different TV or use another HDMI port to rule out TV/port issues.
    • Ensure the decoder is receiving adequate power, preferably from a dedicated 5V power supply if the TV's USB port is insufficient.
    • Avoid placing the decoder near cooling ports of other devices to prevent overheating.
  • Remote Does Not Sync:
    • Ensure the IR receiver has a clear line of sight to the remote.
    • Check the remote control batteries.
    • If issues persist, refer to the product page video for remote pairing instructions or contact customer support.
  • Losing Channels:
    • Check the power settings and ensure LCN (Logical Channel Numbering) is enabled if desired.
    • Select the correct country and language in the settings.
    • Consider using a signal enhancer for weak antenna signals.
    • Adjust the antenna position for better reception.
  • No LAN Support: This product does not support wired LAN connections. It relies on DVB-T2/C frequencies for free channels and an optional WiFi dongle for internet features.
  • YouTube/IPTV Issues:
    • If YouTube videos do not play, try setting the correct country within the YouTube application interface.
    • Note that IPTV functionality does not include subscription services; you must provide your own.
